For your Candida diet plan to be a success, you will have to stick with it for several months.  Continue to take any medication you have been prescribed to fight off current Candida infections, and add a supplement like acidophilus to your diet while you are on the diet.

That way, by the time you have finished your two to three months of Candida diet, your Candida levels should be very low, and you should not find regular yeast infections a problem any more.
